You can download a document by selecting the proposal submission number. Submitted proposals may appear below with an unofficial title submitted by a proponent or developed by the Attorney General's Initiative Coordinator. These unofficial titles are for identification purposes only. Submitted proposals may also include proposed title and summary drafted by the proponent. Such titles and summaries are not official and will likely differ from the official title and summary ultimately prepared by the Attorney General.

Please note that proposals are posted as submitted by the proponent(s). The Attorney General makes no comment on the accuracy of any statements made in the proposals. The Attorney General provides the official titles and summaries to the Secretary of State for all measures cleared for petition circulation. A new numbering system took effect in 2007 so measures now will use only the last two digits of the year and our initiative number separated by a hyphen. For example, a measure received this year as proposal 0026 would be given the number 07-0026. The next item received would appear as 07-0027, etc.
